I actually think...Oh how I hate the early mornings! I actually think that I feel better during the day if I have slept later, even if I've been up for a couple of hours during the night. We had 2 1/2 years of our son rising at around 5am every morning. We sorted him in the end with a Groclock which was brilliant, although now we're just waiting for our baby to start with the early mornings! I always prefer little ones to sleep in the cot, but sometimes sleep is so important that if the only way you can get any is with them in with you, then that's what you have to do.
